Rates are charged for the entire house during
School Holidays and Long weekends.

CANCELLATIONS
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 5% charge.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% charge.
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 75% charge.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 95% charge.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
