Pelican’s Nest St Lucia has a lovely Sparkling Pool and Entertainment Area with Sliding doors leading out from the Living Room onto the Patio where you may enjoy a sun downer or BBQ/Braai with family and friends while watching the children having fun in the Pool! You will simply experience the true tranquillity of the quiet and Serene Garden together with an Abundance of Bird Life in and around the house. An enclosed Jungle Gym with slide is provided at the back of house for the little ones to play on.
Pelican’s Nest is a Pet Friendly Holiday Home and offers Free Wifi and a Daily Cleaning Service, DSTV Premium Package, Fully Solar Powered, Free Parking in a Double Garage and space for 3 extra vehicles.

Pelican’s Nest St Lucia Hoiliday House – the Main Bedroom has a Queen size Bed with an En-Suite Bathroom (Shower only). The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 3rd Bedroom has two Single Beds which can also be made into a King-Size Bed for a couple. All Bedrooms are Air-Conditioned. Two additional Sleeper Couches are provided in the sun / reading room. The Second Bathroom has a Bath and a Shower.
Includes, Towels, Hairdryers, Flat Irons and Linen.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 48 hours of booking are cancelled free of charge.
All cancellations thereafter will be charged 3% of the total deposit already paid for refund / bank charges & admin fees.
If cancelled up to:
• 31 days before arrival: Free Cancellation.
• 30 days before arrival: 20% of total booking will be due.
• 20 days before arrival: 50% of total booking will be due.
• 10 days before arrival: 75% of total booking will be due.
• 7 days before arrival / no-show: 100% of total booking will be due.
